We offer the following services:
A detailed project proposal will outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any changes to the project scope require a written Change Order, outlining the changes, costs, and revised timelines.
Fees are outlined in the project proposal and are due upon completion of milestones or delivery of deliverables. Additional costs, such as hosting, licensing, or third-party expenses, will be billed separately. Late payments may incur interest charges.
You will provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals promptly. You will ensure that any content you provide is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on the rights of others. You will cooperate with us throughout the project.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. We retain ownership of preliminary works, working files, and design tools. Any trademarks created for you will be assigned to you. We may showcase our work in our portfolio, with proper credit.
Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for completed work, and we may provide project backups for a fee.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
We will use reasonable efforts to achieve the agreed-upon results, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for variations in performance due to external factors.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya. Notices must be in writing and sent to the registered offices of the parties.
